Waaree Energies appoints Amit Paithankar as CEO

Waaree Energies on Tuesday announced the appointment of Amit Paithankar as its Chief Executive Officer.

In this role, Paithankar will guide Waaree Energies towards advancement that aligns with the ever-changing demands of the renewable energy sector, according to a statement.

Paithankar comes with 20 years of experience in driving growth, innovation and sustainability in his practices.

Before joining Waaree Energies, Paithankar was associated with Emerson Electric Co (India) as Managing Director - South Asia.

Paithankar holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration.
